Founder’s Diagnosis
Find out what’s consuming your time, generating unnecessary costs, and blocking revenue.
Most companies try to address the symptoms: declining sales, owner burnout, operational chaos, or rising costs. We first uncover the root cause.
The Founder’s Diagnosis is a 3-hour session during which owners talk with other owners. After 72 hours, you’ll receive a report explaining what’s blocking your company’s growth and which decision is the best place to start making changes.
Three Core Values
The Source of the Blockage
We don’t stop at what’s visible at first glance. We uncover what’s truly blocking revenue, consuming the time of key personnel, and generating unnecessary costs.
The Cost of Inaction
We show how much it costs to keep putting off decisions and to invest in actions that don’t address the root cause of the problem.
A Specific Decision
The report concludes with a single recommendation – we identify the decision that will yield the greatest business impact and serve as the starting point for further change.
The diagnosis will be performed by
CEO
Co-owner
Who is the Founder’s Diagnosis for?
- For owner-managed and family-owned businesses preparing to scale, undergo succession, or sell.
- For owners who have noticed that their current way of operating is no longer yielding results.
- For founders who feel that the entire organization rests on their shoulders.
- For anyone who senses that something is holding their organization back from within.
What sets the Founder’s Diagnosis apart?
- Intensity and specificity. A 3-hour session and a report within 72 hours – containing a precise, data-driven hypothesis.
- We separate symptoms from root causes. We prevent wasting time and resources on solutions that merely mask the problem.
- Two perspectives. Two specialists analyze the company’s situation, comparing two independent viewpoints.
- Experience. Łukasz and Kuba have conducted 1,170 diagnostic interviews and completed numerous projects. They can spot troubling patterns that aren’t visible from the CEO’s chair.
What’s next after the Diagnosis?
- Strategic Sprint – we solve the most pressing problem and free up the resources needed for further growth. Cost starting at 15,000 PLN.
- Strategic Discovery – we uncover the organization’s hidden know-how and build a scalable business advantage. Cost starting at 30,000 PLN.
- Interim Strategist – we support owners and management in implementing a scalable advantage into the organization’s processes, decisions, and day-to-day operations. Cost starting at 5,000 PLN per month.
In 100 days, unlock
time and money
Before we begin uncovering hidden know-how and building a scalable advantage, we need to understand what is currently blocking revenue, taking up key personnel’s time, and generating unnecessary costs.
What will you gain?
After 3 hours of intensive work, you’ll receive a report that shows what’s really holding your company back and which decision is the best place to start making changes.
The Source of the Blockage
We distinguish between symptoms and their actual causes. This allows you to understand what is truly limiting your company’s potential and why your previous efforts haven’t yielded the expected results.
The Cost of Inaction
We show you how much it costs to postpone the right decision. We estimate the problem’s impact on revenue, the time of key personnel, and the organization’s operating costs.
One Decision
The report concludes with a single recommendation. We identify the decision that will yield the greatest business impact and should kickstart the change process.
Lower Risk
The diagnosis helps you avoid investing in actions that do not address the root cause of the problem. This reduces the risk of costly mistakes and misguided investments.
Readiness to Act
After the Diagnosis, you’ll know what the next step should be and why it’s worth starting with that step. If you decide to continue working with us, we’ll deduct the cost of the Diagnosis from the next phase.
What does the process look like?
Stage 0: Onboarding and Scope Definition
Before the meeting, you’ll fill out a short form with basic information about your company and a few open-ended questions. This helps us better prepare for the conversation and understand the context of your organization.
After this stage: we understand your company’s situation, identify areas for analysis, and confirm the meeting date.
Stage 1: One-on-one session with an LH founder
You’ll work one-on-one with Łukasz or Kuba. You’ll do most of the talking. Our job is to listen, ask the right questions, and look for recurring patterns. We don’t advise or propose solutions – first, we want to understand what’s really going on in your company.
After this stage: you’ll receive three identified symptoms, an analysis of previous attempts to resolve them, and a preliminary hypothesis regarding the root cause.
Stage 2: Joint session with the two LH founders
The second Louder Higher founder joins the conversation. His role is not to confirm the initial conclusions, but to challenge them and examine them from a different perspective. As a result, the hypothesis included in the report is not a mere guess, but the outcome of a deliberate verification process.
After this stage: we know what is truly blocking revenue, consuming the time of key personnel, and generating unnecessary costs.
Stage 3: Diagnostic Report in 72 Hours
Within 72 hours, you’ll receive a report in which we separate the symptoms from the root cause of the problem, calculate the cost of continuing down the wrong path, and present a single recommendation for the next step.
After this stage: you’ll know what’s limiting your company’s potential and which decision to make to kickstart the change.
Stage 4: Summary Session
We’ll meet again to discuss the report together, answer your questions, and clarify all the findings. We won’t present a ready-made offer or pressure you into anything. Our goal is to help you make an informed decision about the next step.
After this stage: you’ll know what to do next – and why.

Co-founder What The Nut
Working with Louder Higher takes your approach to business strategy to a whole new level. There are no “golden rules” from a position of superiority or ready-made recipes for success. Instead, there is a careful process in which, step by step, they discover what is best about the company – its resources, ideas, and potential. As a result, the strategy is not an artificially “pasted” plan, but a natural development of what already works and has the power to bring real business results.

Kuba’s advice is pure practical wisdom. His insights helped me achieve my goals faster than I expected, and I know that after his training, I’ll go even further than I planned. The process was intense, but very focused. It’s great that, as a client, I’ll be able to continue benefiting from his knowledge and the professionalism of his team. I recommend him to everyone (except the competition)!
