This methodology was created to discover and then transform your company’s potential into measurable results. It combines in-depth analysis (Atomic Discovery) with a practical action plan (100 DAP) and implementation support. During the workshops, we teach your team how to achieve growth on their own.

Extended Discovery Phase
Our process begins with Atomic Discovery. This is an intensive phase that combines workshops with key team members, customer interviews, and analysis of market and internal data. This allows us to get to the heart of the problem and uncover hidden opportunities for growth. As a result, we diagnose the strategic gap – that is, we pinpoint exactly where your organization is losing cohesion, purpose, or money.

100DAP
Based on our findings, we develop a specific 100-day Action Plan (100 DAP). It includes tasks, assigned owners, a schedule, and key performance indicators (KPIs). This eliminates uncertainty – you gain complete clarity about the next steps and know who is responsible for what.
Initiating implementation
We help the team implement changes in key areas (e.g., marketing, sales, structure, or communication) in line with the new direction. We teach how to use the strategy on a daily basis, building internal competencies rather than dependency.

Steps To Consider
Our process involves key members of your team in strategy development. Each stage consists of interactive workshops, discussions, and data analysis aimed at minimizing risk and maximizing effectiveness.
Workshop Zero
Together, we define your key needs, problems, and business lines. We conduct a preliminary analysis of the competition and market trends, which allows us to precisely determine the strategic goal of the project and ensure that no information about your company has been overlooked.
Defining and Prioritizing Goals
During the workshops, we define your business, ownership, and communication goals. We then present them in a SMART format and provide you with a tool that facilitates their prioritization. This allows us to set one key goal around which we integrate all activities.
Offer and Sales
This stage involves detailed segmentation of your offer (current/planned) and its prioritization. During the workshops, we map out the ideal customer and their motivations, and then analyze and optimize the sales model, pricing, and how the offer is communicated.
Competition and Market Analysis
At this stage, we create a map of your competition and analyze their offerings, positioning, and sales strategies in detail. We identify key market trends that may impact your growth, as well as market segments, allowing us to find a unique niche for your business.
Target Audience
Together, we define the ideal customer and create detailed Buyer Personas. Through workshops, we map decision-making paths (RASCI) and market segments so that you gain a deep understanding of who buys, why they buy, and what their key motivations are.
Brand Positioning
During workshops with key team members, we seek to identify your company’s mission and vision. Through benchmarking against competitors and workshops, we determine your Unique Value Proposition (UVP). This gives you a consistent and powerful message that will allow you to stand out in the market.
Resource Analysis
At this stage, we map all of your company’s resources: human, financial, technological, and strategic (e.g., know-how). Through workshops, we identify gaps and advantages. This allows you to know which competencies you can build your strategy on.
Risk Mapping
We identify and prioritize all potential risks: market, operational, and strategic, using the “yellow and red lights” exercise. Then, we work together to develop a risk management strategy. As a result, you can monitor threats (KRIs) and ensure smooth implementation of the plan.

Based on all the data collected, we develop specific and implementable strategic directions. We then validate them during a workshop with key team members.
Strategy
We create a comprehensive strategy based on the results of the Discovery phase. We validate all key assumptions. This means you receive not only a document, but also a roadmap for change that is ready to be implemented.
Action Plan (100DAP)
We organize an Action Plan Workshop, during which the strategy is transformed into specific tasks, milestones, and KPIs. We assign owners responsible for the implementation of each task and define the role of partners. As a result, you gain a ready-to-implement plan for the next 100 days.
